When ordering we recommend that you give us a call (01282 613646), this way if there is likely to be any problem with your order, or if we believe what you are ordering wont do the job (we have plenty of people try and buy a 750w motor and expect a 30 amp controller to power it) we can tell you straight away, also with a person to person talk, if you are unsure of what you are trying to order it is easier for us to find out what it is you are after.

 

Of course you can always E-mail your order to us at pselectronics@btinternet.com. We believe we have good communications and can normally always read and respond to any mail on the same day as it is received (subject to timing of course, we don't live at work), and as a side note please always put something of relevance on the subject line e.g. Motor controller. Any mail received without subjects is automatically sent to he spam bin and deleted.

 

And of course we still do good old faxes, you can fax us on 01282 613647.

Payment

We accept, card and cheque payments.

We can accept :-

There are multiple ways of getting payment to us. The safest is to ring us, anyone who answers is capable of handling orders and payments. Fax machine is just as safe. If you are having to E-mail you’re payments we suggest spreading your card and postal details over two or even three different e-mails. Just make sure to put a standard subject line so we know that the e-mails are ‘together’.

 

Free postage is provided for all orders over £100. Below this there is a small order charge of £5. We may not charge the full £5 but there will be a minimum charge of £1. All overseas postage, non-mainland UK, will be CHARGED AT COST.
